We Did It - Round 1 Is Over - Onto Round 2!!

Thank you SO MUCH to everyone who has continued to vote for the last 30 days during Round 1 of the ACL Sound & The Jury Contest. With your help, Nakia & His Southern Cousins have secured a slot in the Top 50 and that sends us on to Round 2!

Now, according the contest website, “celebrity judges will choose their Top 20 bands from the list of 100.” So all we can do now is keep playing shows and doing our thing and hope to be chosen from the list! Once we move into Round 3, then it’s ON! We will have 8 days to get as many votes as possible and the Top 5 will then perform at Antone’s in front of the celebrity judges to determine the winner!!

Again - thanks for all of your continued support! Watch your email and the web for more info on how Round 2 is going and then of course… Round 3 voting!
