You’ve Just Been Summoned To Jury Duty!!

Howdy out there in cyberspace!
Consider this your official summons if you will… An official summons to Jury duty with the Austin City Limits “Sound And Jury” Contest!! The premise is really simple:
Bands enter the contest by uploading a song for listeners to vote on. To vote, you simply enter your email address and a confirmation email is sent to that address to make sure you are a real human being and not a robot. Snap! That’s it. That simple!!
EXCEPT… This contest runs from now until almost time for the actual Austin City Limits Festival in September, so to keep me in the top 5, I need you to visit this link and VOTE ONCE A DAY! Yes - that’s right, you can vote once a day, per email!
As I right you this note, I am currently at 57 votes which puts in 9th place, but the band in 1st place is already up to 434!! So, we got to kick this thing into HIGH GEAR!! WHOA! Thank You To ME TV!!

WOW! What a great night! I got to catch the debut of the “>ME Live! with some friends and I must say that I was quite impressed with the show. This particular broadcast included 6 songs from the amazing Dedringers. All in all they played 9 songs that we performed that night though. Here’s the listing:
1. Down In Pinch
2. Don’t Fight It
3. Broken Spoke
4. Ain’t Nuthin’ But The Rent
5. Making It Up To My Baby
6. Driving Wheel
7. Playing The Cards
8. Little Red Rooster
9. Touch, Feel, and Lose (Although if you watched it was typo’d as Love, not Lose! LOL!)
This only left one song that they didn’t air - Texas Crescent Moon. Not sure why, as they had about 6 minutes left and the song is less than 4. Oh well. It was still awesome! Thank you to everyone at ME TV who busted ass to make it happen.

This Saturday is the John Lennon Bus at the NAMM show and I am definitely looking forward to it!

ME Television has posted a sneak peek of the upcoming live concert they filmed back in April at the legendary Antone’s - Home of the Blues!!
